Job summary

Valley Estates of Mountain Home is seeking an experienced Apartment Service Technician to help maintain our beautiful apartment community. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out all maintenance of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
• Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of multifamily experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.
• Must be available to work in an on-call capacity as related to our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, and grounds care
• Perform preventive maintenance on a daily basis
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure the safety and security of the property
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Community Manager
