Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
• Pool maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience focusing on repairs, customer service, upkeep.
• Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Completing all service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining landscaping, pool care, and grounds upkeep.
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Supporting turn-key operations for apartment make-readies.
