Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Residential Real Estate Property Management, with at least 1-year supervisory capacity.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC and blended occupancy/Layered Financing Affordable Housing.
• Knowledge of local and federal laws governing property management.

Responsibilities

• HR/Payroll management of site personnel and leasing staff.
• Maintain high occupancy by timely leasing and tenant retention.
• Maintain well-documented tenant files and recertifications per policy.
• Handle rent collection, lease administration, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Prepare and maintain rent rolls, delinquency reports, and unit transfer requests.
• Ensure units are decent, safe, and sanitary; prioritize repairs and follow-up.
