• Ensure occupancy is maintained and rent is collected.
• Process waiting lists and resident certifications for affordable housing (HUD/Tax Credit).
• Pass REAC, MOR inspections, and maintain program standards.
• Handle tenant complaints and emergencies promptly.
• Ensure work orders are created and processed promptly.
