Tripoint Residential is seeking a proactive Property Manager to lead operations for a 176-unit multifamily community in Cherry Hill, NJ. You’ll oversee leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and renewals, while guiding a growing onsite team to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic reporting, and adherence to housing regulations. You’ll partner with vendors, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management experience (multifamily or scattered-site).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Entrata or similar PMS and MS Office.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant law and housing regulations.
• Professional certifications (NALP, CAM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for 176 residential units.
• Directly manage Leasing Agent, Assistant Property Manager, and Maintenance Manager.
• Approve applications and new leases; lead weekly outreach and marketing to drive lead flow.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager, vendors, and contractors; approve scopes of work; ensure timely turnarounds.
• Monitor KPIs; review payroll; assist with annual budgeting.

What You’ll Lead

Portfolio Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations for 176 residential units
• Ensure compliance with township requirements: Fire/Safety, Backflow, U&O, etc.
• Manage renewals, collections, evictions, move-ins, and move-outs

Team Leadership

• Directly manage Leasing Agent, Assistant Property Manager, and Maintenance Manager
• Set goals, monitor performance, and conduct training
• Hold weekly team meetings and support a culture of accountability

Leasing & Marketing

• Approve applications and new leases
• Ensure unit availability is updated in Entrata
• Lead weekly outreach and marketing efforts to drive lead flow

Maintenance & Turnovers

• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager, vendors, and contractors
• Approve scopes of work and ensure timely turn execution
• Confirm readiness and quality for move-ins

Reporting & Financial Oversight

• Monitor KPIs and portfolio performance
• Review/approve payroll
• Assist with annual budgeting
