Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. seeks a full-time Porter for our Hayward, CA community. You will maintain cleanliness of grounds, amenities, and common areas, while delivering courteous service to residents and guests.

A professional appearance and reliable work ethic are essential. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience. Knowledge of cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a plus.

Qualifications
