Job summary

General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a leasing professional in Atlanta to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and respond to inquiries. You will process applications, verify income, and document leases while coordinating with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.

The role requires at least one year of leasing or real estate experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing or real estate sales experience; multi-family leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Passing criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents and show them available apartments that meet their needs
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of the apartment homes and community amenities
• Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective residents
• Process rental applications, verify credit and income information, and document lease agreements
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to develop strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the company and generate interest in available apartments
• Assist current residents with lease renewals and provide ongoing customer service and support
