Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units meet quality standards for re-leasing. You will perform repairs and make-ready tasks to bring apartments to market-ready condition, inspect and repair sheetrock, caulk around fixtures, and assist with painting and grounds maintenance.

This role requires flexibility for on-call evenings and weekends. Work schedule is Monday-Friday with rotating on-call.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or building trades.
• Ability to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Comfort with on-call schedule and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, baths, and showers.
• Inspect sheetrock and repair as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and painting curbs/signage.
• Fix parts when possible to control costs and minimize waste.
