Revised Personnel is seeking an Apartment Make-Ready Technician to turn vacant units into clean, safe, and move-in-ready homes. The role collaborates with property management and maintenance teams to perform painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, appliance checks, and door repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment make-ready turns before resident move-ins.
• Perform basic maintenance repairs including painting.
• Drywall repair
• Light plumbing
• Minor electrical work
• Appliance checks
• Door and lock repairs
• Replace fixtures, blinds, and hardware when needed
• Ensure apartments are clean and meet company standards
• Walk units with management to identify needed repairs
• Remove trash and debris from vacant units
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist maintenance team with additional property needs when required
