Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents at Cedar Place Apartments in Columbia, MD. You will perform painting, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups, and cleaning to company standards.

This full-time, on-site role collaborates with the maintenance and property management teams, supports ongoing repairs and safety checks, and helps ensure move-in readiness on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready tasks: painting, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups, and cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with repairs and ongoing upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
