The Springs Apartments in Novi, MI are seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team. You will restore vacant homes to market-ready condition, complete the full vacate-to-move-in turnover, and perform drywall, painting, caulking, and basic appliance work.

Candidates should have experience in building maintenance, own tools, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills to handle administrative paperwork and resident communications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in building maintenance preferred.
• Own tools required.
• Basic computer skills and communication with residents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and ability to follow dress code.

Responsabilités

• Restore vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Complete turn-over work including drywall, painting, caulking.
• Repair appliances, faucets, and carpentry tasks.
• Complete administrative paperwork as necessary.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
