Meadowbrooke Apt Homes in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team and support a positive resident experience. You will restore vacant apartments to market-ready status and handle turn processes to meet move-in deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in building maintenance with drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and HVAC is preferred but willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn process to meet move-in deadlines (drywall, painting, caulking, grouting).
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, disposals, locks, windows; carpentry and ceramic tile work.
