Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents at Park Place of Northville, Northville, MI. You will complete maintenance, cosmetic upgrades, and inspections to ensure move-in readiness and a strong first impression.

Responsibilities include painting, repairs, fixture tests, HVAC filter changes, safety checks, and coordinating with the leasing team to meet timelines. Onsite, full-time, with occasional on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/ turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover work, including painting, repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, and cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members during work across the community.
