Tarantino Properties, Inc. in Dallas, TX, is looking for Make Ready Technicians to prepare apartment homes for market readiness. You will perform turnover repairs, cleaning, and improvements to ensure units are ready for new residents.

Responsibilities include maintaining grounds and common areas, providing excellent customer service to residents, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and the stamina

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance or custodial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
