Job summary

Westdale is seeking a Service Technician I for our 162-unit apartment community in Olympia, WA. You will turn vacant units into ready homes and maintain the property grounds and common areas.

The role pays $22.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience, with monthly renewal bonuses in addition to base pay. Weekends on-call every 2 weeks; valid WA driver's license required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of maintenance experience on an apartment community or similar setting.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Valid WA Driver's License; background checks and drug screens may apply.

Responsibilities

• Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• Complete duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready.
• Walk property grounds and common areas; pick up trash and debris.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Community Manager or Service Supervisor.

We are seeking a Service Technician I for our 162-unit apartment community in Olympia, WA! As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Requirements

• At least 6 months of previous maintenance experience on an apartment community, commercial building, or single-family residences.
• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 2 weeks for emergencies.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus!

Responsibilities
