Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure vacant units are ready for leasing by performing repairs and making improvements. You will caulk, seal, inspect sheetrock, and perform touch-up painting to meet company standards.

• Experience in completing repairs and improvements to apartment homes.
• Ability to perform caulking, sealing, painting and basic maintenance tasks.
• Comfort with safety practices and OSHA-related training.

Responsibilities

• Completes make-ready repairs to apartment homes before resident move-in.
• Ensures windows, sinks, toilets, showers are caulked and sealed.
• Inspects sheetrock and performs repairs or replacements as needed.
• Performs touch-up painting for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Fills out make-ready checklists and maintenance documentation timely.
• Follows safety policies and participates in safety meetings.
• Provides good customer service by addressing residents' questions and concerns.
