Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Housekeeper for Elkwood locations in Elkwood, Flagstaff, AZ. The role focuses on cleaning leasing offices, clubhouses, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartments to ensure market-ready appeal.

Key duties include refreshing vacant homes throughout the day, assisting in make-ready tasks, and reporting hazards. The position requires a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation and involves varied physical tasks and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Informs supervisor of hazards or potentially dangerous situations to residents and staff.
• Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when re-orders are necessary.
