• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance or related trades.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Own a basic set of hand tools.
• Able to read service requests and schedules in English; basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare make-readies for apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, and team members.
• Participate in risk management and safety programs.
