CWS Apartment Homes seeks a Maintenance Technician to enhance the integrity of our residential communities while delivering top-tier customer service. You will perform make-readies, routine maintenance, and safety compliance across properties, reading service requests and communicating with residents, vendors, and team members.

A valid driver’s license and basic tools are required; prior HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical knowledge is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Own basic set of hand tools required.
• Able to read service requests, schedules and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
