Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Arlington, TX. You will enhance community integrity while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring safety standards across properties.

Required EPA/HVAC I & II, CPO certifications, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. You will handle make-ready tasks, emergencies as needed, and collaborate with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills to interact with residents, guests, and team members.
• Ability to read service requests and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills for work orders and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
