Job summary

Ross - A Division of Envolve manages apartment communities across markets in the southeastern United States and seeks friendly, self-motivated individuals to join our team in Greeley, CO at Island Grove Apartments and University Plaza. The Maintenance Technician performs repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on appliances, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

Must have own tools and be available for after-hours emergencies; experience in multifamily settings is

Qualifications

Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
On-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical systems and plumbing.
Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
Assists in training Groundskeepers and entry level Maintenance Technicians.
Troubleshoots all property systems and performs or oversees repairs.
Conducts maintenance-related inspections and assists in preparing property for regulatory inspections.
Winterizes facilities and pool equipment, maintains chemical balance, and ensures lights/HVAC are off in vacant units.
