Job summary

Ross - A Division of Envolve is hiring a Full time Maintenance Technician to work on our Denver, CO properties. The role involves on-site repairs, preventive maintenance, and responding to emergency calls to keep apartment communities in top condition.

The ideal candidate has two years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC and plumbing skills, and a valid driver's license. Prior multifamily or CPO/EPA certifications are preferred, and competitive salaries plus benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred
• Previous multifamily experience preferred
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
• Driver's License
• Maintenance work in apartments or similar property environments is expected

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of apartment equipment including HVAC, appliances, electrical and plumbing systems
• Maintains building systems and common areas and ensures property looks well kept
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as needed
• Trains Groundskeepers and entry level maintenance staff
• Inspects and documents work performed and coordinates with subcontractors
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment safely
