Job summary

Ross - A Division of Envolve, based in Denver, CO, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, maintenance and preventative tasks across apartment communities. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and respond to urgent maintenance calls to keep properties in excellent condition.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, with HVAC and EPA certifications preferred and a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred
• Previous multifamily experience preferred
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on apartment systems and equipment
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled
• Inspects and maintains building systems and prepares property for inspections by regulatory agencies
• Manages inventory of parts and records maintenance requests
• Moves heavy equipment safely and participates in training and development
