Job summary

Ross - A Division of Envolve at Island Grove Village in Greeley, CO is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor responsible for all facets of facility and equipment maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

The role requires 8–10 years of maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to train others; CPO certification preferred. Sign-on bonus and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC and EPA certified.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all facility and maintenance equipment.
• Perform on-site repairs on HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Provide preventive maintenance including winterizing facilities and pool equipment.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff; inspect work quality.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
