Job summary

Ross - A Division of Envolve is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Liggins Tower in Denver, CO. This role oversees all aspects of facility and maintenance operations at the property, including appliances, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of multifamily property maintenance.

Qualifications

• Three to eight years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC and EPA certified.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous multifamily experience.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of facility and maintenance equipment.
• Experience with on-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Perform preventive maintenance and training for maintenance staff.
• Maintain inventory and record maintenance requests.
