Job summary

The Yarco Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support repairs and preventive maintenance across our residential properties in Wellington, FL. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep units, common areas, and grounds in excellent condition.

Qualifications include at least one year of residential maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED. Pool, HVAC, or boiler certifications are a plus.

• Pool certification preferred; HVAC and boiler certifications may be relevant.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with repairs and preventive maintenance across the property.
• Maintain residential units, public spaces, grounds, and equipment.
• Perform make-ready tasks to bring units to market-ready condition per standards.
• Handle appliance diagnostics and minor electrical, plumbing issues.
• Support laundry rooms, pool areas, and common areas per company guidelines.
