Job summary

Greystar in Williston, ND is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the South Ridge community. The role performs technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds and amenities clean, safe, and functional, handling work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready prep for new residents.

You’ll diagnose issues, source materials, maintain safety compliance, and support grounds and common areas while following Greystar policies.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type 1 and II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.
• Must meet state/local certification requirements for all technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Prepare vacant units via make-ready inspections and punch lists.
• Track materials, supplies, and inventory; notify re-orders as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas and amenities.
• Support cost-control by using parts efficiently and safely.
