Roers Companies LLC in Williston, North Dakota, is seeking an energetic Maintenance Technician for The Bluffs Apartments, with support for a property in Sidney, MT. You will perform preventative maintenance, complete work orders, and prepare units for new residents while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in property maintenance and customer service, ownership of essential hand tools, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years property maintenance experience.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Provide own hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drill, hammer, hacksaw, sockets, level, bits, tape measure, utility knife, flashlight, Allen wrench set).
• Local market experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekend and evening on-call schedule.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
• Flexible schedule; duties vary with staffing needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; customer-focused and collaborative.
• High integrity; trustworthy and reliable.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb stairs, and work on ladders/scaffolding.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of multifamily apartment buildings, including occupied units.
• Repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Participation in cleaning and painting during unit turns.
• Regular, professional, and courteous communications with Property Managers, Maintenance Managers, and Residents.
• On-call rotation; responds to emergency calls after hours and on weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
