Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.

• Experience repairing Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating/Air, or Pools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
