Job summary

Bryten is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Contour Luxury Apts in Boulder, CO to keep the community safe, clean, and well-maintained. The role includes performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turnover tasks in a fast-paced residential setting.

The ideal candidate has prior apartment or facilities maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with property management software like Yardi or ResMan. On-site work with potential on-call duties is required.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Basic computer and mobile technology skills for work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting and other systems.
• Perform make-ready and turnover tasks for vacant units.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment for safety and maintenance needs.
• Assist with on-call rotation and emergency maintenance situations.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.
