Job summary

Morrow Realty Company is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for Live Oak Trace and Azalea Landing in Mobile, Alabama. The role involves maintaining the interior and exterior of properties, handling HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and various repairs.

On-call weekend support and preventive maintenance are required, with benefits including health and dental insurance. Preferred candidates have prior apartment maintenance experience, plus CPO and HVAC certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds work is expected.
• HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior and interior of the property, systems, and fixtures.
• Perform heating and AC maintenance and general carpentry tasks.
• Repair windows, tiles, floors, walls, and doors as needed.
• Assist the Site Manager in preventive maintenance and inventory equipment.
• Remain on-call for emergency weekend service when necessary.
