Job summary

Morrow Realty Company is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician at Magnolia Trace in Montgomery, AL. Typical duties include maintaining the exterior and interior of the property, servicing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and ensuring vacant units are ready for occupancy.

The role requires a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and basic grounds work knowledge; prior apartment maintenance and HVAC/CPO certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and grounds work.
• Preferred: apartment maintenance experience, CPO and HVAC certifications.
• Professional demeanor, strong multitasking, attentiveness, and reliability.
• On-call for emergency weekend service as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior property areas, systems, and fixtures.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor repairs.
• Paint apartments and repair walls, windows, floors and doors.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy in a timely manner.
• Organize maintenance shop and inventory; support Site Manager.
• Respond to on-call emergency requests on weekends.
