Job summary

Morrow Realty Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician at Magnolia Trace in Montgomery, AL to maintain the property's interior and exterior systems, perform heating and AC maintenance, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and general knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds work.
• Preferred: apartment maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior property systems and fixtures.
• Perform heating, AC, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing tasks.
• Repair windows, tiles, floors, walls and doors; paint apartments as scheduled.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds upkeep and operate lawn equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance programs; organize shop and inventory.
• Remain on-call for emergency weekend service calls when necessary.
