Job summary

The Morrow Companies are seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Live Oak Trace and Azalea Landing in Mobile, AL. Responsibilities include timely maintenance, HVAC and plumbing tasks, and preparing vacant units for occupancy.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license and experience with electrical, plumbing, and grounds work, with preferred HVAC and CPO certifications.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds work is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior maintenance and repairs.
• Handle heating and AC maintenance and basic electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Repair windows, doors, fixtures, and common areas as needed.
• Maintain grounds and operate lawn equipment for property upkeep.
• Assist Site Manager with preventive maintenance program implementation.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy in a timely manner.
• Remain on-call for emergency weekend service when necessary.
