Job summary

The Morrow Companies in Montgomery, AL are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician at Magnolia Trace to maintain both interior and exterior systems, perform HVAC and general repairs, and support the property’s daily operations under the Site Manager. The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and grounds work.

Preferred applicants hold CPO and HVAC certifications and prior apartment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company rules and Site Manager instructions.
• Maintain interior and exterior property systems and fixtures.
• Perform heating and air conditioning maintenance.
• Carry out carpentry, electrical, plumbing, window, tile, floor, and wall repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and assist painting as scheduled.
• Maintain grounds and operate lawn equipment; support preventive maintenance program.
• Organize maintenance shop, inventory equipment, and be on-call for weekend emergencies.
