Morrow Realty Company is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician at #212 Highland park in Tuscaloosa, AL. The role includes maintaining interior and exterior building systems, heating/cooling maintenance, and preparing vacant units for occupancy.

Preferred qualifications include HVAC and CPO certifications, with a strong emphasis on reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced property management environment.

Formación

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds work as part of maintenance duties.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain interior and exterior of buildings, fixtures, and systems.
• Perform heating and AC maintenance and basic carpentry tasks.
• Repair windows, tiles, floors, walls and doors as needed.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy in a timely manner.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and ensure proper inventory of equipment are maintained.
