Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and grounds upkeep to prepare vacant units for occupancy and keep properties in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds work.
• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred (HVAC, CPO).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the interior and exterior of buildings and fixtures as directed by the Site Manager.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs as needed.
• Paint apartments and prepare vacant units for occupancy in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds and operate lawn equipment; support preventive maintenance programs.
• Organize maintenance shop and ensure inventory in good operating condition.
• Remain on-call for emergency weekend service calls when necessary.
