CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Stevens Creek in San Jose, CA. You will perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and assist with turnover and curb appeal for the apartment community.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Address resident maintenance requests quickly and professionally.
• Oversee unit turnovers, including inspections, repairs, and cleaning.
• Maintain curb appeal through landscaping and exterior maintenance for the community.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and property management team members.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
