In this full-time role you will perform routine preventive maintenance, handle resident service requests, oversee turnovers, and support the maintenance team to uphold high standards of a multi-family community.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience, skilled with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, and comfortable with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in apartment maintenance or equivalent
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment
• Strong communication and customer service mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Address resident service requests related to maintenance
• Oversee turnovers and prepare units for new residents
• Maintain curb appeal and exterior maintenance

• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
