CONAM Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Upcoming Property in Escondido, CA. This full-time role supports the apartment community with preventative maintenance, repairs, and turnovers to ensure move-in readiness and curb appeal.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in apartment maintenance, strong troubleshooting, good communication, and a customer-focused attitude. The team operates on a rotating on-call schedule and emphasizes safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficient with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair.
• Able to operate hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with flexible schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Oversee turnovers: inspect, repair, and clean units.
• Maintain curb appeal: landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed.
• Additional duties as required.
