Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Proficiency with a range of hand and power tools used in building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Oversee unit turnovers, inspections, and cleaning for move-in readiness.
• Maintain curb appeal through exterior maintenance and landscaping.
• Collaborate with technicians and property management staff; participate in on-call rotation and after-hours calls.
