Job summary

CONAM Management Corporation's Metro East Senior Park in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment community running smoothly and looking its best. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances, address resident requests, and support turnovers.

Requirements include 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance, proficiency with hand and power tools, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair and carpentry.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and able to operate HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving, clear communication with residents and vendors, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances.
• Address resident service requests and oversee turnovers for move-ins.
• Maintain curb appeal and assist in on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management to uphold standards.
