Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Five Mile Creek, a 236-unit community in Dallas, TX. You will maintain the property's appearance and operations to ensure a great living experience for residents.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience and knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting. HVAC and EPA experience, plus a CPO certification and a valid driver’s license, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back).
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
