Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and painting skills, plus a willingness to perform preventative maintenance and occasional on-call duties with trip stipends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
