Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Riverstation, a 236‑unit community in Dallas, TX. You will help maintain appearance and operations to ensure residents enjoy a high-quality living environment.

Responsibilities include handling work requests, preventative maintenance, appliance repairs, and preparing vacants. On-call duties are possible with a trip stipend. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend if called after hours).
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
