Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Five Mile Creek, a 236‑unit apartment community in Dallas, TX. You will oversee the general appearance and upkeep to create a great living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, and assisting in preparing vacant units. On-call duties may be required with a trip stipend for after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred.
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend for after-hours calls.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
