Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Silver Gardens in Dallas, TX. You will maintain the property's appearance and perform repairs to create a great living experience for residents.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in maintenance and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting. HVAC and EPA experience are preferred, and a CPO certification is a plus. On-call duties with a trip stipend may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend when called back to site.
