Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Five Mile Creek, a 236-unit community in Dallas, TX. You will help maintain property aesthetics and functionality, ensuring a great living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include repairs, preventative maintenance, appliance service, and preparing vacant units. The position supports on-site operations with occasional on-call duties and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend when called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
