The Morrow Companies is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for Perry Ridge Apartments in Marion, AL. The role involves maintaining and repairing the property’s systems and fixtures, including heating, AC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds work, while ensuring vacant units are ready for occupancy promptly.

Preferred candidates have prior apartment maintenance experience, and certifications such as CPO and HVAC are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds work.
• Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred (if applicable).
• CPO and HVAC certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair interior and exterior property systems and fixtures.
• Perform heating, AC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks as needed.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy in a timely manner.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and grounds upkeep.
• Remain on-call for emergency weekend service calls when necessary.
