PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities. You’ll perform a variety of maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and help keep buildings safe, clean, and in good repair.

Must have at least one year of maintenance experience, live within 30 miles of the property, and be able to work a rotating on-call schedule. EPA Type I/II certification preferred; reliable transportation required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in apartments.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and all other systems.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance tasks to keep apartments and common areas in good condition.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to service requests promptly.
• Follow safety policies and maintain organized, clean work areas.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes and maintenance turn events.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
